History

Builder of public works since 1970

Founded by the late Hadj Mohamed LOTFI, the “Groupe des Entreprises LOTFI” and its specialised subsidiaries delivered some of Morocco’s most significant public works: roads and motorways, ports, airports, railways, water supply and sanitation.

These contracts, among the largest ever awarded by the State, were carried out either alone or in joint ventures with major European contractors. Established in 2006, ELTG has taken over and builds on this experience in managing infrastructure projects.

1970

Birth of the “Groupe des Entreprises LOTFI”, a pioneer of Moroccan construction.
2006

ELTG is created to take over, and NECSLO TP GROUP is established.
2014

The group mobilises its resources to build in Africa and for Africa.

These 12 subsidiaries have set themselves ambitious production targets suited to the current technical and economic context, in order to meet new challenges in major construction projects, not only in Morocco but also in the Maghreb and across Africa.

Eleven specialised subsidiaries, four business divisions

ELTG is part of NECSLO TP GROUP, the construction division of the holding company YMMY FINANCE HOLDING. The group comprises eleven specialised subsidiaries which, together with ELTG, are organised into four divisions.

NECSLO TP GROUP carries out its works through specialised subsidiaries, organised into three works branches. A fourth division, engineering and technical control, comprises the LC2E laboratory.
